The Lessons Are Everywhere
One of my favorite sayings is that everyone is your student and your teacher. Though between checking emails, running errands, grabbing dinner etc. it can be hard to remember.
Think about it—how often do you notice the lessons hidden in your daily interactions? A coworker’s fresh perspective, a child’s unfiltered honesty, even a frustrating moment that forces you to reflect.
Learning isn’t just about formal education; it’s happening all around you.
You're a Teacher, Too
At the same time, you’re also a teacher. Every interaction you have leaves an impression. A kind word can inspire, a shared experience can guide, and even your mistakes can teach someone else.
A Constant Cycle of Growth
In my coaching, I see this all the time. Engineers come to me for guidance, yet I learn just as much from them—about resilience, fear, and what truly excites and energizes people. You’re constantly in a cycle of growth, even if you don’t always realize it.
